You are not alone, very rude behaviour against users is an usual behaviour of factorio staff. And of course staff can delete my message and lock this topic. Is it what are you going to do, right Loewchen?

As long-term user of this forum, I can say, that the factorio staff's behaviour is usually very correct.

And it is rare in a game industry, that you can interact with the devs directly via forum.
