Translation changes 0.3.2 -> 0.4.0

These are translations changes for 0.4.0 (this is quite late as the last time, but I couldn't done it earlier, I will try next time)

There are some changes of the core game, as well as some translations of the new scenario challenge pack, the changes in the english version can be seen as diff here:

As an example, I added english version of the FR files here:

As always, you can either change it directly in the repository and I will update the game, or you can download the current version of some repository as zip, change it and send it to me and I will update it.
