Do we have adaptive consumption of high-pressure steam by turbines? That is, for example, I installed an MK2 turbine that consumes 600 steam per second, but only connected 100 steam per second to it. Will this turbine adapt to a constant consumption of 100 steam per second with a corresponding constant decrease in output power, or will it simply operate at full power for a couple of seconds and then remain idle until a new portion of steam arrives? How do you like this idea? Adaptive adjustment of power to the incoming steam flow. So that it would be possible to install a deliberately more powerful turbine, but its full potential could be realized gradually, connecting new sources of steam power to it.
