Stuck on vulcanus after respawn

After respawning, I got stuck in an inescapable position. This is game breaking, as there is no way to respawn and you'd be at a dead end if it wasn't for the multiplayer and the other player being close enough to shoot me.

I'm at the center of the lava pit, enjailed by a blood-hungry tapeworm
