[2.0.55] Desync modded

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

Can't post in the correct board, so please move this as needed.

This only started last evening, so I suspect a specific mod's update is to blame here as me and my friend had 6 updates and I did not note the entire list of mods that were updated, but based on how the desync happens it could be something a bit deeper than a mod's code mishap.

To replicate the desync, start the multiplayer session from within the game and allow the other client to connect. Once the other client is in game they will desync as soon as either player tries to open the Logistics Network window (L shortcut key).

If you need additional information from me or can point me towards a specific mod that is causing the issue so I can raise it in their discussion page that would be appreciated. Thanks!
