"No category" description incorrectly states default.

"No category" category says

No category - Mods escaping the bounds of mod portal categorization. It's also the default for new mods.

However, when clicking "My mods" -> "Submit mod", the default value is clearly "Content"

The statement about default should probably just be removed, or actually turned into default if that was the intention.
