[0.16.51] Missing ground graphics when on world start.

There was no problems until I reinstalled my OS.

When I loaded my save i found that the ground is partly black (spots where the ground is dirt or grass in the desert),I tried loading all of my other saves, tried deleting the config file and tried to reinstall the game but every time I encounter the same problem.

I have generated a new default world and this is what it looks like when it starts :

I didn't install any type of mods on my game and the game was running fine before i reinstalled my OS.

and no I can't find any log file in my %appdata% folder or my factorio folder.

I have solved it by reinstalling my graphics drives.
