[2.1.13] Fluids don't show recycling recipes in Factoriopedia unless merged with a recipe

This might be related to the secondary bug I snuck into 132572, but this is the proper report.

Load the game with this reproduction mod and the Recycler mod for comparison:

This mod creates a machine, the "Fluid guzzler", which has fluid recycling recipes for every fluid, using a custom crafting category which I've added to the "factoriopedia_recycling_recipe_categories" utility constant. (It's like the Recycler, but for fluids and it gives nothing back.)

If you look up a fluid in Factoriopedia whose entry is not merged with a recipe, that entry will not show the recycling recipe.

But the recipe does exist:

I expect a "Recycling recipe" section to appear in the fluid's individual Factoriopedia entry, just as it does for an unmerged item.

If you look up a fluid in Factoriopedia whose entry is merged with a recipe, that entry will show the recycling recipe.
