but i dont have installed the rivatuner statistics server and if i set the launch option --force-opengl i get an error "failed to create display "

Can you post the log with --force-opengl?
It seems to me to be graphics driver problem, unfortunately since it crashes when initializing DirectX and fails when initializing OpenGL, the log doesn't contain graphics driver version. It might be also worth a shot to disable Steam Overlay in Factorio properties in Steam Library.

Ok thanks i updated my grafik driver and nox it works
