Personal Logistics Sorted - SE mod doing this?

In the past I can place the icons anywhere in the Personal Logistics Tab, and they stay where I place them.
Something is disabling this.
I Do NOT want this to be sorted.
How do I stop it. I think the Space Exploration Mod is doing this.
Note that Sorting is disabled in the UI Settings.
