I´m not able to create the „Rocket science pack“

I sorry, I didn found topic about this problem. I have a mod »Space Exploration« and I´m not able to create the „Rocket science pack“ (orange color). It need the Satelite telemetry (orange display) but I´m able to do only rocket control unit (green display).

Thank you for your reply but I wrote you. I´m not able to do(make) the »Satellite telemetry«. I don´t have this item in my choice anywhere. I tried to find it everywhere. All posible technology are rechearched.

Is it possible, I don´t have some depend mode? Thank you.

You need to launch regular satelite into space with rockets to receive some »Satellite telemetry« as reward.
You can not do(make) this item, similar to space science pack.
