Lasso selection for blueprints

Hello, I'm looking on a way to change the selection when activating the copy with Ctrl + C.
It's a simple square, and I'd like to know if it's possible either in the game or via a mod to have a "lasso" selection to be more precise when selecting a zone.

I'm a bit shocked not finding this obvious way to select, firstly not added into the game itself but even more surprised not even finding that with mods after so many years, I'm sure I'm not the first who thought about it. Or maybe I'm completely blind and didn't see how we can activate this lasso selection.
