Hello,
according to my Paypal account i buyed the game on 21st march 2016.
I started playing vanilla and tried to undertand the game mechanics.
I also found the mod section here and installed 5dim's and it got more complicated.
Then i found bob's mods and i started from new with them, no end in sight.
A user called arch666angel had this glorious idea for his refinig mod, with them i started again from new and with bob's it got more more complicated and no end in sight.
So i decided i have to play one time vanilla to get my rocket.
And here it is.
In the last hours i had complete blackouts at night, squeezed as much oil out of my refinerie as i could to get the rocket.
In my stupidity i launched without a satellite, which costs me really the last drops of oil.
Goodbye my robots and thank you for the fish, leaved this damned planet at last.
Now i can concentrate me on Angel's and bob's mods.

Re: First time run through :)
You can save a lot of resources for rocket launches by using 4 productivity modules in the launcher itself and the factories that make the low density objects, rocket control units and rocket fuel. Just using the 4 productivity modules in the launcher itself and not the factories that make the inputs reduces the number of LDOs, rocket control units and control units to 715 instead of 1000. Once you add the modules into the factories that make those components as well you reduce oil usage even more. Sure it's a bit slower but not really that much and saving oil is usually more important for me, because I never seem to have enough hehe, (and with beacons you can speed it up anyway)
Re: First time run through :)
OK thank you.
I'm not really in modules and as i had to produce speed 3 modules anyway i used them as i could to get to an end
