this is part of my base, I worked on it at home, saved it to a memory stick, and worked on it at school up to 40 hours game time, after that I split it to a 'home' and 'school' save, making sure I made them go in different directions, these images are part of my 'school' base, which I have just learnt how to use rail signals, and i'm building a new rail network with them, some of the main factors that stand out to me about this base is:
-Infinite size
-Peaceful mode
-main rail network has NO signals on it but works fine with one track
-main rail network trains are [Engine][Cargo][Cargo][Cargo][Cargo][Cargo][Cargo][Cargo][Engine][Engine][Engine][Engine]
-2nd rail network trains are [Engine][Engine][Cargo][Cargo][Cargo][Cargo][Engine]
-Logistic network set to 200k iron and copper
-I have over 500k of iron and copper
-middle is compact and old fashioned, I'm constantly converting it from belts to logistics
-2000 logistics robots
-ONE power network
-55MW OF solar, mainly powered by steam generators, 7.4GJ of accumulator capacity
-instead of going with efficiency, most things are speed module 2 in them, BRUTE FORCE AND LOTS OF POLLUTION
