Realised on our german Factorio Server "Nerd-Korea"
Its a "module" of our main base. Every module is outlined by walls.

Mods Used:

- Rail Tanker - for the oil transport,
- Smarter Circuitry - for the accumulator capacity signal,
- Landfill,
- Color Coding - for the fancy accumulator loading bar
- and some others but they dont affect this setup.

Configuration:

Start the backup powerplant (steam power) if accumulators have a capacity less then 5%.
Shutdown backup powerplant if accumulators have reached a capacity of more then 50%

The small powerplant in the upper middle is allways powered on.
It provides the power for the 40 pumps and the circuitry.
