Tight Spot Level 1, my record is 10515

On factorio 2.0 now curcuit network aviable for tight spot levels. So what is the record for level_1? I tried optimization my 'factory' and can reach 10515.

In stone furnaces you should preload coal (from top_left to bottom_right): 3 4 4 5 5 6 3 3 9 7 6 6 1 2 2 2 1 1 0 0 - а total 70 coal, and 1 coal for boiler.
You should buy 332 tile of land.
So you will start with -6675.

1719 iron gear will be produced and sold.
