I tried to set it up such that it is expandable:
Expand up to increase max output (all engines in this setup run at 99.6%),
Expand left to increase storage capacity.
According to some (rough) calculations, this array stores approx. 13000 MJ
An accumulator array of the same size would store about 3000. (Including the space occupied by the engines)

Here's the power output from full to empty with no input. Excited for 0.12 so I can hook up a sensor to the tanks to alert me when I'm using more water than I'm producing...Should have a nice buffer so I never have an outage, even in case of a biter attack.
