The heart of any Factorio: The Science Packs
This is my second go at automating science packs. Seems to be a pretty decent layout. Haven't gotten to science pack 3 yet. What's some other layout ideas?

Can you research more than one thing at a time? I seem to recall trying this with a second lab and it just cancelled the first one out.psorek wrote:Well, that's most recent mine.

you can research only one thing at the time, but you can do it with more than one lab. For example setup you've seen feeds 20 labs or so.

If you use more then one lab, the resaerch is faster (if enough sience-packs are avialble).
If a research needs 10 time 1 red sience (each 10 seconds) then with one lab it lasts 100 seconds, with 10 labs only 10 seconds.

I actually just made a video going over my preferred Red and Green science setup. But I'll post a picture here in a bit once I am on my PC.
