They all have these properties:
- fully compressed blue belts of output parallel to rail
- "wagon balanced", all cargo wagons will always empty at the same time (within a 1 or 2 inserter swings)
- buffered via chests
- can unload on either side of rail in either direction (mirrored versions exist)
- has space for rail signals at the end of the train and right after the train stop, as well as some in-between
- space for inserter + requester chest for fuel
- width of a multiple of 2 to align with rails
- very smol
can't be flipped, has mirrored version
requires some kind of lane balancing it you want the wagons to always unload evenly

I tried forever to try to get 2 buffer chests per wagon, but would just end up being one tile too long to reach with an underground, it might still be possible. Probably not needed though. 1 chest-to-chest inserter outpaces 2 chest-to-belt inserters and you only have 2 lanes of output so the buffers still fill up and will last a long time anyways. each chest is only supplying half a lane (2400/22.5/s is like ~1 min 45 secs and thats with items that only stack to 50).

I couldn't fit the last splitter without moving things over 1 tile in the mirrored version, I had to add an extra inserter and 'buffer' belt to fill any gaps in order to keep it the same length as non-mirror version. This meant that I couldn't put a power pole there and had to use a substation. Not a huge fan, but that's what I have that works lol.
The circuit logic on the belts prevents the longer runway from running when the shorter one doesn't have anything forcing them to have same throughput.
Might be possible to shred the 6 to 6 balancer a little more and pull it back where there is more space but I couldn't figure out a way that works and is still be 8 tiles wide
