Just a few impressions from my latest game.
Whole base is powerd by huge solar- and accu-fields, pollution absolutely ridiculous due to speedmodules and prdouctivity modules in most assemblers. Producing insane amounts of modules type 3, don't know where to put them any more
No Railroads used, in my opinion they are not balanced yet (or long belts are not balanced yet). Even very long distance resource fields are very easily connected via tranport belts/pipelines.
Module Producing factory part:
Overview of the main base:
Map-View: Entire base is covered with logistic network and surrounded with laser and wall-defence-structures. The big squares are solarpanels and accus.

Re: BurnHard's latest factory
Cool looking base! I'm continuously failing in making symmetrical/regular bases. I always end up with some kind of hairy mess
A little bit of nitpicking: how can you make insane amount of modules 3 with only 1 AM for module 1?
EC production at the bottom looks very nice, but I doubt that copper supply will keep up if you manage to provide consumption comparable with production.

Re: BurnHard's latest factory
Module 1 Assemblers are stuffed with 4 speed 3 modules, the following ones are using less speed modules ore none. So they can keep up pretty 1:1 The insane amount is just a result of the amout of time this game is running ^^
Copper supply does keep up indeed even if full production on all assemblers, because all copper wire assemblers (and all circuit assemblers) use 4 pieces Productivity 3 modules, thus significanty decreasing the need for raw copper plates. The Bottleneck at the moment would be production of the blue circuit boards (at the moment stuffed with 4 Productivity 3, but with one speed 3 added the green circuit production would be the next bottleneck.)
Could provide the savegame if someone wants to check.

Re: BurnHard's latest factory
If you are looking for stuff to do with module 3's, how about modding a 5th slot for assembing machines and seeing how fast you can mass produce rocket defenses.
