Someone at Wube after reading this: Hang on a minute, if we pipe some of their forum uploads through that free open source algorithm thing to compress it, we might long term end up with lower hosting bills. I'm thinking Wube's hosting must be a whole big bunch already, MOD portal and so forth, how relevant is a forums post on that scale? But for mobile users etc it would be better for sure.
I do like browsing other peoples bases so to speak, interesting to see what the come up with given mostly the same set of tools. Very organised OP, the neatness appeals to me, must of taken a while.

Mind blowing, well done:p But arent you constantly replacing those front line radars in picture 1? Rather place them a bit back like in picture 3. It feels like they are much closer in spitter range. Anyways, enjoy and thanks for sharing this piece of art!

i choose png cause there is quite a lot to see and i didnt want that the quality is shit when zoomed in.
the radars never get attacked unless all turrets are destroyed. The wall is placed exactly like the fire arc of the 2 flame turrets so biters clogg up exactly there when they try to shoot flame turrets
i worked on the artillery patrol, because i didnt like how they block the supply line and then i trippled it.
Artillery is only called in when the base is under heavy attack
(blue lights = base idle, red lights = alarm)
the 9 red lamps flash on and off and rotate a target cross
i find it cheap if you put 100000 artilleries because it takes a out a lot of fun so i tried to make it less op and very cool
