This smelter is very expensive, consider using slower belts on parts with lower throughput. Actually, there is no need for express belts in smelter design of this length using just efficiency modules.
Here is cheap version which do the same:

Building infrastructure for your smelter (belts, inserters and electric poles) costs almost 95k iron and 23,6k lubricant vs 6,3k iron and 400 lubricant for this cheap design. You can actually build it fully with just red belts and only change imput/output from 3 red to 2 blue belts later. That allows you to build it much earlier in game and without need to rebuild it later. Also, it is more compact - 78×30 tiles vs 90×36.
