pyalienlife release

Replaces resource spawning system, so that the distances between resources are much bigger. Railway is needed then.

pyalienlife release

we released pyalienlife yesterday and everybody is screaming for rso to work with pyal. ive made the file to spawn it and its been tested by several people. could you please add it for the next update you do.
