Sulfur

Replaces resource spawning system, so that the distances between resources are much bigger. Railway is needed then.

Got this error in my recent game. I think it's RSO related. (Playing with Bob's)
I had show spawned resources on. Really don't like that, but can't seem to turn it off in an existing game.

It should be harmless. And also fixed for next version.
