Underground pipes should hold heat better.

Ideas that are too old (too many things have changed since) and ones which won't be implemented for certain reasons or if there are obviously better suggestions.

This would add just one more thing to consider early game while dealing with steam engines without ruining the balance.

Heat loss isn't modeled in the game :)
