When selecting something in blueprint library the event "on_player_cursor_stack_changed" is not raised anymore.

That is not a bug, as it is not a cursor stack.

It is very confusing that picking up a blueprint from the inventory counts as an item stack, but picking up the same blueprint from the blueprint library seems to be a completely different mode where you don't have an item stack in your cursor?
