[kovarex] [0.18.30] Inability to enable replay for some scenarios

Looks like there is no way to enable replay for some scenarios:

• Transport belt madness
• Tight spot
• Wave defence
• Supply challenge
• Team production
• User scenarios

All those scenarios either start immediately or don't have a "Record replay information" checkbox.

PvP, Sandbox and Rocket rush work fine since they use map gen dialog that has that checkbox.

Is this behavior intentional or it's a bug?

It was simply an oversight.

So, I made a change for 1.1, that the replay checkbox is there when selecting the scenario, instead in the settings, so all of those scenarios can now be played with replay enabled.
