[0.16.51] Crash when loading a save

Most of the times, when I try to load the attached save Factorio crashes to desktop.
I attached the dump files, log files and save.

It doesn't happen every time. I would say in 9/10 tries. When it does load the save it crashes shortly thereafter.
No mods are involved/used.

I will monitor this thread in case more info is needed.

in detail:
- I start Factorio (via steam in offline mode)
- I click on "Play"
- I click on "Load game"
- I select my save
- I click "Load"
- Next:
a) the game crashes while loading the save
or
b) the save starts properly and the game crashes around 5-30s later (I'm not doing anything, no clicks on any button, no character movements, sometimes I zoomed in and out with the scrollwheel)

Thanks for the report. This should be fixed in the latest version of 0.17.
