[0.16.19] Can't cancel build orders

In vanilla 0.16.19, if I build enough that I've got a build queue in the lower left hand corner, I can't right-click on items in the build queue to cancel them.

This is easily tried by starting a new game, mining a bunch of trees, then building all of that into wooden chests in one fell swoop. This gives plenty of time to try to cancel the orders, but right clicking does highlight the build order, but doesn't cancel it.
