[Oxyd] [15.29]Blueprints reupload every time without changes

ok so my server had to be restarted because when i paused the game it crashed, viewtopic.php?f=7&t=50868
--when i reloaded the save it now no longer lets me use my own blueprints,
i have to wonder why i always have to download my own blueprints every time i connect to my own server, this seems a bit redundant, why are my blueprints not always available to me are they not stored locally?

The server crash should be fixed.
You shouldn't need to redownload your blueprints on a server where it has been already uploaded.

well updated to 15.30 and my blueprints will download now, but everytime i reconnect i have to redownload my blueprints, i am including a link to a video i made that shows exactly what i mean, hopefully this helps.

problem is occasionally they will not download, still happening in 15.30 - if they are supposed to download and stay there after they have been downloaded once already, then there is a bug still.
