[0.10.3] placement indicator for gun turrets is wrong

[0.10.3] placement indicator for gun turrets is wrong

There's also another bug/missing feature with turrets: they cannot be rotated by pressing R when an already placed turret is hovered over by mouse.

Ok now I get it:) The bug is having the red placement indicator when you can actually build the thing. Thanks for briging it up again.
