While playing locally hosted multiplayer, I (the client player) deleted a blueprint book I had shared from the game blueprints list while the server player was looking at the blueprint book. I had created the blueprint book in another single player save. The server player experienced a crash and I was prompted to save.

This should be fixed as of the most recent version of 0.15.
