I've tried reinstalling Factorio multiple times, deleted the folder in %appdata% and turned off SteamCloud sync.
Other people stated that they have a problem like this when they're running Razer software, but I don't own any Razer product so that can't be the reason for the crashes. I've also tried disabling my antivirus during startup, but still had no success.
On the 0.14 Versions everything works fine.
[0.15.5] Game still crashes on startup, no log generated.

If you use Trend Micro then open the Trend Micro console, go to Settings, Exception Lists and add an exception for the Factorio folder (Steam/steamapps/common/Factorio) there.

Run it, find the record of the latest Factorio.exe crash, right-click on it and select Open Report File Folder. It should open file explorer with Report.wer, post here content of that file. (Or you can copy&paste it from bottom half of the AppCrashView)
