[0.15.3] Deysnc when modifying logistics inventory

I was adding more processing units to my logistics slots when I got desnyced. I did have to recompress everything to deal with my slow upload speed so you will probably need 7-zip to unzip the report. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4477n ... sp=sharing

If you desync again in 0.15.9 or later please let us know. This should be fixed.
