Playing Factorio 0.13.9 with several mods. When the game started crashing I disabled all of the mods and then re-enabled one at a time to identify which was causing the issue. Problem is definitely the Robot Army Mod https://mods.factorio.com/mods/kyranzor/robotarmy
Attached is the log and a save game reproducing the issue. When loading the game run basically straight up and you will see a bunch of army bots milling around. Wait a few minutes for another set to be deployed and the game should crash. I fixed this by rotating the inserters to prevent more deployments and the game worked fine. Once I picked up the extra army bots and stopped trying to deploy so many things were fine.
However it was very reproducible so I thought developers might want to look at it.
