[0.13.3] Multiplayer desync by someone holding Train Stop

When someone is holding a Train stop, a desync occurs. The behavior is recreatable on new worlds.

if you're holding any train signal it happens too

I would like to report the same problem. This doesn't happen for the server host, but does happen for me as a player connecting to a friend hosting the server. As soon as I hold out the Train Stop I desync. This didn't happen in 13.0, and today we jumped to 13.3. I can post the desync if needed.

Not needed, it's already fixed in 0.13.4.
