[2.0.23] Canceling deconstruction order does not trigger "trash unrequested" check of logistical chest

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a requester (blue) or buffer (green) chest request some amount of items
2. Check the "Trash unrequested" button
3. Order a deconstruction of that chest
4. While deconstruction is in progress, uncheck the requests of that chest
5. Cancel the deconstruction

Expected:

• No new items are requested
• Items still in chest are moved to the trash slots

Actual:

• No new items are requested
• No items moved to the trash slots
• Rechecking "Trash unrequested" or redisabling logistical group retriggers the autotrash check
