[2.0.23] Gleba's "Tips & tricks" are located beneath the "Space platform" section (spoilage/under)

The cause of thus problem is that the parent tips and tricks ("spoilage") is itself not unlocked.

To fix it edit the file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<your steam id number>\427520\remote\player-data.json

And where it says "spoilables" (or is it "spoilage"?) change the status to "suggested".

This won't disable achievements or anything so don't worry.
