Steps to reproduce:
- open a 2.0.21 world
- obtain hazard concrete (either refined or regular)
- place 4 to make a diamond shape
- copy this diamond shape and place as a ghost
- use pipette (Q) on parts of the shape (ghost or placed) with //// orientation
- press R
- use pipette (Q) on parts of the shape (ghost or placed) with \\\\ orientation
- press R
- use pipette (Q) on parts of the shape (ghost or placed) with //// orientation again
- hover over a ghost hazard concrete
- press R
Expected behaviour:
- whenever Q is pressed, the selection becomes //// or \\\\ hazard concrete to match the orientation of the concrete you pressed Q at
- using R rotates the ghost hazard concrete, or places the refined hazard concrete
Actual behaviour:
- the orientation you get is whatever it was last time you used the tool
- concrete can only be rotated when you are holding it
Why this is a pain:
- Before robots are researched, or, when robots aren't around, I can't make easily make complex patterns with the concrete by rapidly pipetting a blueprint and then placing it
[2.0.21] Using pipette tool on hazard concrete blueprint does not match orientation
[2.0.21] Using pipette tool on hazard concrete blueprint does not match orientation

Re: [2.0.21] Using pipette tool on hazard concrete blueprint does not match orientation
I seem to have run into trouble attaching the .zip and an .mp4 demonstrating the issue.

It's fine, its easy to reproduce.
