[pard] [2.0.13] Factoriopedia misses information from blueprint (and similar items) tooltips

[pard] [2.0.13] Factoriopedia misses information from blueprint (and similar items) tooltips

Blueprint, blueprint book, deconstruction planner and upgrade planner all have quite extensive tooltips that explain how they can be used. These are missing in the Factoriopedia. By contrast grenades show the "when in cursor" part of the tooltip in the Factoriopedia
