[2.0.14] Rocket capacity stack counter rounding to 1 digit

Not sure if this really counts as a bug but it is a bit annoying, and this could have just been an oversight of a unintentional rounding:

The bit of text that shows how many stacks of an item can fit on a rocket gets rounded up when it probably shouldn't.
See the attached screenshot, the rocket capacity of a Foundry is 5, while the stack size is 20.
20 / 5 = 0.25, not 0.3

Personally, I think that it would be more important to see that I can fit a quarter of a stack on a rocket than it is to save the one extra character in the info box
