[2.0.12] buffer chest stealing items from requester chest being upgraded to buffer chest

[Quezler]

- remote view to gleba
- fast replace the requester chest above the rocket silo with a buffer chest (aka mark for upgrade)
- notice the items **inside** the requester/buffer being moved to the buffer chest just top left of it (shouldn't be possible, buffers cannot request from buffers, let alone requester chests, the items should stay inside the upgraded chest)
- notice the chest above the silo also lost its requests
