[0.12] CTD when using The Fat Controller "train view"

I just got a hard crash to desktop when using "The Fat Controller"s watch train feature. My player was probably crafting at the time - I think the way the "train view" works is broken in 0.12, when crafting is occurring, but I think a crash to desktop from a mod is probably never a good thing.

It appears to be a null reference in the manual crafter code.
