[2.0.23] No Error when choosing a recipe that can't be crafted on surface using paramater blueprint

I built a blueprint with the recipe on my EM plants as a paramater in the new sandbox mode. Sandbox let me set hte EM plant recipe on Nauvis but the BP wouldn't' set the recipe.

I though there was bug with the blueprint or the paramater settings and spent over an hour looking for bug reports. I then tested with other recipes to start my bug log and realized that other recipes worked (Super Conductor, supercapacitor) but when I tried lightning rods they didn't'. That's when I clued in that they were only crafted on Fulgora.

It would be nice to get an error message when choosing a a recipe in a BP that can't e crafted on the current surface. Probably not really a bug as a QOL feature.
