Held the left button down while opening the Tech-tree.

What happened?
The map in the background is moving.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
The map not to move. It's stuck this way until you reopen the tech-tree.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.
