[2.0.15] Alt+click doesn’t work in area between tool window and shortcut bars

Using alt+click to open the Factoriopedia in the blank space between the tool window (ammo/weapons) and the shortcut bars doesn’t work (i.e. the Factoriopedia doesn’t open).

This is a pretty minor issue, but I would expect it to work, since the entity tooltip does appear when hovering over entities in that area of the screen, and alt+click not working when that does seems like a bug, or at least somewhat confusing.

Specifically, I mean the right-hand part of the GUI element that “Toggle GUI style view” (ctrl+F6) says is named “BottomLeftContainer”, and also “BottomContainer” if the number of quickbars and/or shortcut bars are unequal or both set to 1.
