Ok, playing around with the Foundry, and found a BP to allow switching of items that the Foundry will create. Played with it some, and added Copper Plates and Copper Wires to the mix.
First run plays well, and after a few minutes, my other foundries quit running. Start digging, and all of the input pipes for molten copper are now filled with molten iron, as the foundry switched over to an iron recipe, it flooded the molten copper piping with molten iron.
Any ideas how to fix this? Here's the BP...

You can click on pipe and then the trashcan to flush (void) the fluids you don't want in it. When using mixed fluid pipes you can use pumps that have filters in, to prevent wrong fluid ending up where it don't belong.
Also foundry too has an internal fluid buffer.

Re: Changing Recipe on Foundry leaks molten fluids
Tried two things, put a pump on both inlets, and set the pump filter to molten iron and copper. This worked, also tried the 'configureable valves' mod and put in the one way valve. This also worked.
So, just need some method to keep the fluids from leaking back out of the foundry. Good Luck!
