[2.0.13] Rocket silo second rocket isn't released in expected manner

What did you do?

Built a rocket silo[normal] and 2 beacons [uncommon] with 2 speed module 3 [uncommon] each, no supply shortage while building rocket

What happened?

Door closes and opens between rocket launches despite having second fully built rocket before closing animation starts

On video you can see:
- 0:07 2 rockets in silo 100% built, rocket part production halts, door open
- 0:10 door start closing
- 0:11 2nd rocket progress bar disappears, production doesn't start
- 0:14 door fully closed, production starts
- 0:17 door opening animation starts playing
(repeat)

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Second rocket emergence animation to start playing instead of door closing->opening->rocket emergence animations


Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

always with this setup
with more speed modules or delayed 1st launch it behaves like expected but wastes silo crafting time
