[2.0.13] Preferred screen setting is inconsistent on KDE + Wayland

These are the issues I've observed, I'm not sure if they're separate bugs or not:
1. Changing the preferred screen setting and clicking confirm sometimes immediately moves to the new screen and sometimes doesn't

2. The meaning of the items in the preferred screen list seem to randomise after the machine restarts
3. The wrong screen is labelled as the primary screen

So for example, on my machine with 3 monitors (the middle screen is primary), I did this test:

Game is running on left screen > Select screen 3 > Confirm -> Game stays on left screen
Restart game -> Game starts on right screen
Select screen 2 (Primary screen) > Confirm -> Game immediately jumps to left screen
Select screen 1 > Confirm -> Game stays on left screen
Select screen 3 > Confirm -> Game immediately jumps to right screen
Select screen 1 > Confirm > Restart game -> Game starts on middle screen
Restart PC > Game starts on right screen, but screen 1 is still selected in the settings menu

This is a tiny issue because I can just use win+shift+arrows move the window between screens. I also understand this could just be KDE being weird

The first issue could be related to 116349, please re-test after the next version is released.

OK, after the patch, issue 1 is fixed, issue 3 is still there, and I haven't had a chance to test issue 2 yet

Edit: Tested issue 2. The screens are still randomised when I restart
