The crash happened about the same time as auto save should have been triggered. My auto save interval is set to 30 min. The latest save is from 16:20 and the crash happened around ~16:50
Let me know if you need more info.
EDIT: btw. not sure if related but I noticed auto save taking longer than in the past. Subjectively it gets longer each time but only a tiny bit. I noticed it a couple of hours of game time ago.
